COMPETITION: Win The Ultimate Dog-Friendly Wedding Experience
1. The Promoters
This competition is jointly organised by The Eventful Pup and Sarah Harris Photography (together referred to as the Promoters).
By entering this competition, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Prize
One winning couple will receive the following wedding day services:
The Eventful Pup – Celebration Companion Package
Worth £595
This package includes:
- Complimentary meet & greet
- Pre-wedding consultation
- Collection and transport within the included service area
- Wedding day dog chaperone service for one dog (up to 8 hours)
- Walks, toilet breaks, water and care throughout the day
- Assistance during the ceremony and couple portraits
- Liaison with your photographer, videographer (where applicable) and venue
- Behind-the-scenes photos and videos throughout the day
- Safe return home or to an agreed location

Worth £1,250
This package includes:
- Up to 8 hours of wedding photography
- Coverage from bridal preparations through to the first dance
- A private online gallery
- Professionally edited images capturing every meaningful moment of your day in Sarah’s signature style
The prize has a combined value of £1,845.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for alternative services unless agreed in writing by both Promoters.
3. How to Enter
To enter, you must:
- Follow both businesses on Instagram and/or Facebook.
- Like the competition post.
- Tag one engaged friend in the comments (each separate comment counts as one entry).
- Share the competition post to your Story for one bonus entry (optional).
4. Eligibility
To be eligible, entrants must:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Be planning a wedding taking place between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2027.
- Be getting married within Kent or Sussex.
- Be planning to include at least one dog in their wedding.
- Require both professional wedding photography and a dedicated wedding dog chaperone as part of their wedding day.
- Ensure their chosen venue permits dogs and comply with all venue dog policies and restrictions.
If your wedding falls outside the Promoters’ standard service areas, additional travel, mileage or accommodation charges may apply.
Existing bookings are not eligible unless agreed in writing by both Promoters.
The winning couple will be selected at random from all eligible entries where both businesses are available on the wedding date.
5. Competition Dates
- Competition opens: Saturday 8 August 2026
- Competition closes: Wednesday 30 September 2026 at 11:59pm (BST)
- Winner announced: Sunday 1 November 2026
6. Winner Selection
Following the closing date, all entries will be reviewed to confirm eligibility.
One winner will then be selected at random from all eligible entries where both Promoters are available for the wedding date.
The winner will be contacted via the social media account used to enter and must respond within 72 hours.
If no response is received within this time, the Promoters reserve the right to select another winner.
7. Booking Requirements
To claim the prize, the winning couple must:
- Sign the standard booking contracts for both businesses.
- Agree to each business’s Terms & Conditions (excluding payment for the prize services).
- Provide all requested wedding information.
- Obtain permission from their venue for their dog to attend.
- Confirm that their dog is suitable for a wedding environment and disclose any relevant behavioural or medical conditions.
The booking must be confirmed within 30 days of accepting the prize unless otherwise agreed.
Any additional hours, products or services requested beyond those included in the prize will be charged at the Promoters’ standard rates.
8. Photography, Video & Marketing Permission
As this competition has been created to promote both businesses, the winning couple agrees to grant permission for:
- Photographs and videos from the wedding to be used by both Promoters across their websites, social media channels, portfolios, printed marketing and other promotional materials.
- Behind-the-scenes content captured by The Eventful Pup to be used for marketing purposes.
Where a videographer is present, reasonable access must be provided for behind-the-scenes content to be captured without interfering with their work.
9. Venue Requirements
The winning couple is responsible for ensuring:
- Their venue allows dogs.
- All venue dog policies and restrictions are followed.
- Any required permissions are obtained before the wedding.
The Promoters accept no responsibility if a venue later withdraws permission for a dog to attend.
10. Cancellation & Availability
The prize is valid only for weddings taking place between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2027 and is subject to the availability of both Promoters.
If the winning couple changes their wedding date after accepting the prize, the prize remains subject to both businesses being available on the new date.
If either Promoter is unable to fulfil the prize due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a suitable alternative. If this is not possible, the Promoters reserve the right to amend, substitute or withdraw the prize.
The prize is valid only for the winner’s own wedding and cannot be transferred to another person or wedding.
If the winning couple cancels their wedding, the prize will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
11. General
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
- By entering, participants release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility relating to this competition.
- The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary.
- The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
- By entering this competition, all entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
